Walter is a resident of the of the Chacara do Ceu (waterfall from heaven) favela in Leblon (close to Vidgial) about 30 minutes away from the Cantagalo favela. He rides his bike to the academy for morning and evening classes and his always around to help out when needed. He's been training at Terere Kids Project alongside Mestre Terere for 4 months and competes as often as he can!
Thanks to sponsorship sent to Terere Kids Project his next competition will be the UAEJJ Grand Slam!
